The 37-year-old fell out with Rooney, 33, after the latter claimed Rebekah's Instagram account was linked to "fake" stories about her private life "leaking" to newspapers.
Rebekah, who is married to Leicester City striker Jamie, vehemently denied the claims and said she had instructed lawyers to undertake a "forensic investigation" of her account.
The couple have now appeared on the red carpet together for the first time since the spat.
Rebekah, who is pregnant with her fifth child, wore a red velvet dress with a silver clutch bag while Jamie, 32, donned a black suit with a white shirt and black tie.
The Vardys were attending the Pride of Sports Awards, held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
Writing about the event on Instagram, Rebekah said: "Off to celebrate the unsung heroes of grassroots sport at the Pride of Sport Awards. We wouldn’t miss this for anything.
"A huge thank you to [her stylist and make up artist] for making me look so much better than I did earlier today."
Last month, Rebekah posted a photograph of her sonogram of her baby and said she "couldn't wait" to meet the youngster.
The couple has two children together, while Rebekah has another two kids from a previous relationship and the footballer has another daughter.
