Reforms clampdown on fraudulent whiplash claims

Justice Secretary Robert Buckland has introduced new reforms for the insurance industry designed to reduce the high number of whiplash claims. The measures which include an online portal will save insurers £1.2 billion and reduce premiums by around £35 a year.
