A residential neighborhood in Kharkiv was damaged as Ukrainians reported renewed strikes in the eastern city on June 21.
Blurred videos of strikes emerged on June 21, showing heavy plumes of smoke in the Kharkiv skyline. As many as seven explosions were reported on social media, but Storyful has not confirmed the number or nature of the blasts.
A video from Ukrainian researcher Maria Avdeeva showed damage to the Saltovka neighborhood, a residential area of northeast Kharkiv city that saw heavy Russian attacks early in the war.
