Residential Building and Kindergarten Damaged by Deadly Kharkiv Strikes
Emergency services in Kharkiv said at least four people were dead in the wake of artillery shelling of a central area of the city on August 30.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said Russia had fired artillery on residential areas, a preschool, and a park zone of the Shevchenko district of the city. It said a fire broke out on the roof of a four-story residential building as a result of the shelling.
