Residents ran out of buildings as a 4.3-magnitude earthquake rocked a city in southern China. Video filmed in the city of Leshan in Sichuan Province on October 18 shows an overhead light in a flat and a house shaking while three residents ran out of buildings when the quake struck the city. No casualties were reported and the loss is being counted. The video was provided by local media with permission.
