Rick and Morty will be back for its fourth season in November in the United States, with a big reveal planned for this Friday (July 19) at the San Diego Comic-con.

Before that though, we've got a pair of first-look images to get fans hyped, one of which features a familiar face (and we don't mean Rick himself).

That's right, the Crocubot is back, but there's lots of him this time.

The original Crocubot was part of the rubbish superhero team The Vindicators, and in season 3 they joined the fight against the Worldender. The Crocubot in particular didn't really do much, and ended up dying (but when has that ever mattered?).

A synopsis for the SDCC Rick and Morty panel teases: "Wubba lubba dub dub! The Emmy Award–winning series Rick and Morty is back for a highly anticipated fourth season, premiering November on Adult Swim.

"Executive producers and co-creators Dan Harmon (Community) and Justin Roiland (Adventure Time), and voice talent Spencer Grammer (Greek), Sarah Chalke (Scrubs). and Chris Parnell (Archer) invite fans to take a look at what they have cooking for the new season. Moderated by Rob Schrab (Creepshow, Community)."

Rick and Morty will return to Adult Swim on Cartoon Network across the pond in November, while E4/Channel 4 and Netflix carry the show in the UK but haven't confirmed an air date just yet.

These 10 new episodes are just part of the massive 70+ episode renewal order.
