Ringo Starr 2019 world tour: Beatles drummer announces 30th anniversary live shows with All Starr Band

Ringo Starr will tour the world in 2019.

The former Beatles drummer will celebrate the 30th anniversary of his All Starr Band with a string of dates in cities ranging from Los Angeles and Tokyo. He'll be joined by Toto's Steve Lukather, Men at Work's Colin Hay and Santana's Gregg Rolie among others.

The tour will precede a brand new photo book titled Another Day In The Life, which features “previously unpublished photographs, captioned with Ringo’s observations and anecdotes.”

Ringo first toured with his All Starr band in 1989. Members included Joe Walsh, Nils Lofgren, Dr John, Billy Preston, Rick Danko, Levon Helm, Clarence Clemons and Jim Keltner.

His former bandmate Paul McCartney is currently continuing his world tour which will take him to London's 02 Arena on 16 December.
