Riot Declared in Portland as Protesters Mark Anniversary of George Floyd's Death

Portland Police declared a riot as a group of protesters gathered at the Multnomah County Justice Center to commemorate the first anniversary of the death of George Floyd.

Independent Media PDX filmed videos that show a dumpster set on fire and multiple fireworks exploding among the police and the crowd.
