Yahoo News Riverdale delivers sibling shocker for Betty Cooper
Riverdale left off at Christmas with the unmasking of the Black Hood (what a letdown!), but things are looking promising once again with the unraveling of a new Betty Cooper-centric mystery.
The CW series was back on Wednesday night (January 17) to begin the search for Betty Cooper's long-lost brother Charles aka Chic (Hart Denton), whose identity was kept hidden by Alice (Madchen Amick) for years.
Given Betty's newfound dark side, searching for her brother's identity seemed a very dangerous road to go down - so fans were slightly relieved when she turned to Jughead (Cole Sprouse) for some more amateur sleuthing.
This long-awaited reunion came about when Southside High was shut down (thanks to that drugs lab in the basement), forcing Jug and the other Serpents to move back to Riverdale High.
And for viewers, the union of Southside and Riverdale meant one thing:
