Yahoo News Catch Up On All the "Riverdale" Stars' IRL Relationship Statuses
While you may track every kiss, break up, and drama-filled moment of Bughead, Varchie, and Choni, the Riverdale stars keep their off-screen relationships a little bit more private. Many of the actors used to date each other, but these days, almost the entire cast seems to be single. Here's a look at all of your fave Riverdale stars and what's going on in their love lives.
Camila Mendes and Charles Melton
Camila and Charles are reportedly back together about two years after their initial split. The pair first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted leaving dinner together and then E! News reported that they're officially back on.
"The break was nice for them and they reconnected on set of Riverdale," a source told E!, adding that "being around all of their mutual friends and hanging out together often made them realize they still have a strong connection and chemistry."
As of now, though, the pair is reportedly taking things slow. "It's going well and they aren't putting too much stress on the relationship," the source said.
This reconciliation comes not long after Camila ended things with fashion photographer, Grayson Vaughn in March 2021. E! News has reported that there was "no drama at all" between the exes and they are still friends." According to a source, "their relationship just ran its course."
Charles, meanwhile, seemingly remained single following his split from Camila in fall 2019. The pair dated for one year before calling it quits the first time around. As of now, neither of them have confirmed the recent reconciliation.
KJ Apa
KJ Apa is going to be a dad! The actor announced the news on Instagram, sharing a photo with his girlfriend, Clara Berry, where her growing stomach is very visible.

KJ and Clara have been dating for over a year now. The pair confirmed their relationship in February 2020 when KJ shared an image on Instagram kissing the French model, though he later deleted the pic. Then, in August he shared a very cheeky (literally) pics of the model with the caption, "there's nowhere else."
Vanessa Morgan
Vanessa Morgan welcomed her first son, River, on January 29, 2021. The actress shared the news on Instagram, writing, "Words cannot describe this kind of love. We are enjoying this time home with him, being present, & giving him all the lovin in the world."
As of now, it's unclear where things stand between Vanessa and River's father, Michael Kopech. The pair got married in January 2020 before reportedly filing for divorce in July of that year. It seems like they may have reconnected following the birth of their son, however as she started posting photos of him on her Instagram Stories following Rivers birth, according to Us Weekly.
Madelaine Petsch
It looks like Madelaine Petsch may be officially off the market. The actress is reportedly dating Olympic fencer, Miles Chamley-Watson, and the pair has been seen out and about together in Vancouver many times.
There are rumors that Madelaine and Miles have been together since the fall and, according to the Daily Mail, the Olympian even moved his training from LA to Vancouver in order to be closer to Madelaine as she films season five of Riverdale.
While the pair hasn't posted too much on social media together, Miles can be seen in pics of the Riverdale cast celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving last year, as well as joining the group when Nina Dobrev visited Vancouver back in November 2020.
Madelaine split from her boyfriend of three years, Travis Mills, back in February 2020. While they were together, Madelaine shared much of her relationship on her YouTube channel, but she told Cosmo in February 2021 that, moving forward, she "will keep personal relationships like that off" YouTube. Because of that, it's unclear if and when we will get confirmation about Miles and Madelaine.
Cole Sprouse
It seems like Cole Sprouse may have finally moved on from his split with Lili Reinhart. The actor was recently spotted walking around Vancouver with Canadian model, Ari Fournier.
As of now, nothing has been confirmed, but in the photos, the pair definitely seems to be coupled up as they walk arm-in-arm.
This is actually the second Canadian model Cole has been connected to since his split from Lili last year. In October, the actor was seen out and about with Reiña Silva, though their relationship was never confirmed.
When Lili and Cole first broke up, there were rumors that they would be getting back together soon, and that filming Riverdale would bring them closer once again. They've been in Vancouver working on Riverdale season five for awhile now, however, and it seems like a reconciliation is no longer in the cards.
Casey Cott
Though Casey is usually pretty tightlipped about his private life, he did take to Instagram to announce that he's engaged! Casey shared the news with a cute selfie with his fiancée, showing off the ring. Unfortunately, we don't know her name, but the pair seems so happy together.
Of course, the Riverdale cast blew up the comments of the post, congratulating Casey on the news. "❤️🌹❤️ my sweet parents," Lili Reinhart wrote. "Congratulations 💎❤️." Camila Mendes also chimed in. "So happy for you two 🤗♥️."
Lili Reinhart
Since Lili's split from Cole, she has been living her best single life. The actress has been giving us some amazing bathing suit inspo, hanging with her pup, Milo, and she recently came out as bisexual.
In an interview with Refinery 29, Lili spoke about her recent "withdrawal of love," saying that it was "f*cking rough, and there's no other way through it than just through." Many assumed Lili was speaking about her breakup from Cole, but she later confirmed that wasn't the case.

Ashleigh Murray
Ashleigh might not technically be a Riverdale star any longer since Josie left Riverdale to head to New York and star in Katy Keene, but she will always be an OG Bulldog in our hearts. Well, fans were SHOCKED when Ashleigh posted not one, not two, but THREE super coupley pics with a mystery man recently causing many to think the actress got secretly married in Ireland.
The lucky guy is obviously Ashleigh's boyfriend, though we don't know his name, but it seems like the two didn't elope, but were simply attending a friend's wedding. Ashleigh is usually very private about her love life, so these pics are a big deal. Of course, now were are all wondering: WHO IS THIS GUY??!
Jordan Connor
Jordan, who plays Sweetpea on Riverdale, melted hearts across the internet when he proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Jinjara Mitchell, last year. The actor posted pictures of the romantic moment on Instagram and it looked absolutely magical.
Since then, the couple has probably been busy wedding planning, and it seems like they adopted a dog together! And yes, Nola the pup has an Instagram.
