Road Completely Submerged in Water as Storm Dennis Continues to Bring Wind and Rain to UK

Deep floodwater submerged parts of the English village of Radcliffe on Trent on February 16, after Storm Dennis brought heavy rain and wind to the UK.

The flooding came as the Met Office warned of heavy rain across parts of south Wales. Severe flooding was predicted for several areas, some of which could be life threatening, the Met Office said.

Storm Dennis came just a week after Storm Ciara caused damage across Europe and killed at least seven people. Travelers in the UK faced major disruptions as a result of the storm. Credit: Dan Wood via Storyful
