Yahoo News Rob Kardashian makes surprise return to KUWTK for Kim's 40th birthday
Just as we were coming to terms with the idea of Keeping Up With The Kardashians coming to an end next year, the show throws us a huge curveball, with notoriously private Rob Kardashian making a surprise return to the show for his sister Kim's 40th birthday celebration episode.
During the episode Kim was joined by Kris, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, Rob and even Scott Disick as the family looked back over some of Kim's most memorable moments over the years.
Although Rob famously took a step back from the limelight in recent years, he surprisingly took part in the special episode, seated alongside Kendall in a white hoodie and black hat, laughing along with his sisters at some of Kim's best (cringiest) moments. And speaking of Klassic Kim Kringes, there were many to be found in the KUWTK birthday special. From a lot of close-crop twerking to her not-so-successful attempt at recording a song. Even Kim grimaced and buried her face in her hands as the clip of her singing at a recording studio played out for the family.
Lots of people were happy to see Rob on the lineup, since he tends not to be part of the reality TV show, while others commented on Scott's appearance next to Kourtney on the sofa, and even more spotted that Kylie was again missing, like she was in Kim's recent Instagram post of her sisters.
Earlier this year Rob Kardashian surprised fans when he made a social media comeback after stepping away from the spotlight in 2017. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star joined the family at Khloe Kardashian's 36th birthday celebrations in June and shared a series of pictures on Instagram, including one of him and Kourtney both beaming into camera and another of him chatting to Kourt's ex Scott Disick. Fans welcomed his recent KUWTK return as he joined the family reminiscing on Kim's best and worst moments (mainly worst).
