Rob Rinder's beautiful 'limitless gift' tribute as he's flooded with support after family death

Rob Rinder’s fans have shared their support for the TV star and barrister after he announced that his grandmother had passed away at the age of 96. The 45-year-old shared the news with his followers in an emotional post on Sunday, May 19.

Sharing a series of photos of her he penned: “My beloved Grandma Frances passed away yesterday at 96. She adored me, her grandchildren & great grandchildren with FIERCE love. What a limitless gift it is to have had her in my life. Hold those who love you truly & unconditionally close to you.” He concluded the message by expressing his gratitude to the charity Jewish Care, writing: “And thank you @jewish_care.”

Upon making the announcement Rob’s followers flocked to the comments to share their support. Loose Women’s Ruth Langsford wrote: “So sorry for your loss Rob. How wonderful to have had her, and all that love, in your life for so long.”

Strictly Come Dancing 2023 star Angela Scanlon added: “Sending you so much love xx.” One of Rob’s followers wrote: “Very sorry for your loss. You always express how much family means to you.” Meanwhile, several people also wished Rob “a long life”, which is a phrase that’s commonly said to people in the Jewish community who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
