Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Arrives in New York City

The Rockefeller Center Christmas tree arrived in New York City in the early hours of Saturday, November 13.

The 79-foot-tall tree was cut down on Thursday and travelled from Elkton, Maryland. It is the first time the Rockefeller Center tree has hailed for Maryland, Associated Press reported.

Local media reported the tree was growing on the property of homeowners Devon and Julie Price, who were approached by the Rockefeller Center’s head gardener.
