Yahoo News Roy Keane: City couldn't believe how easily they secured victory
Former United legend Roy Keane believes that Manchester City couldn’t believe how easily they beat their fiercest rivals Manchester United in the Manchester derby.
United showed plenty of fight in the first half and kept the score at 0-0 at half time, but after the break the game changed and Pep Guardiola’s side strolled to victory.
Keane felt United posed little threat, having had one shot on target, and he told Sky Sports: “I reckon the City players couldn’t believe how easy it was tonight, in a derby game.
“I get the feeling that the United players are slacking off at every opportunity”

Keane had already hit out at the United players before the defeat to Manchester City.
“These are the same players who threw Mourinho under the bus and they will do exactly the same to Ole," Keane said.
"Leopards don't change their spots. There's too many bluffers at this club to get United back to the very top.
"Even the point that we're talking about Man United trying to finish fourth tells you how the standards have dropped over the last few years - both on and off the pitch.”
Keane, who played alongside current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, added that he thinks that the Norwegian has his work cut out.
He said: "It's a big test for Ole as well of course."
"It's not up to the manager to motivate the players, the players have to motivate themselves,"
"You've got to be up for every game at Manchester United and the fact that Ole's got to discuss it after the game and again the following few days about his players not being up for a game of football, he must be hugely embarrassed."
United and England striker Marcus Rashford was downbeat in his post match interview and admitted that the Citizens were the better side.
“It was quite clear tonight who the better team was,” he told Sky Sports.
“Tonight we didn’t play like Man Utd and that’s been the last couple of weeks to be honest.
United have come under criticism for their work ethic following a heavy 4-0 defeat at the hands of Everton and a poor run of form, and 21 year old Rashford said working hard should be the minimum expected.
“That’s not right. Bare minimum it should be to work hard for the badge, for the supporters and just for the club, but important to do it for yourself as well.
“It’s been a tough road to get where we were, we were never expected to be in this position.
“To not be putting in the performances we were it’s disappointing for the players and the last couple of weeks we know what’s been going wrong and it’s just a matter of putting it back how it was.”
Manchester United take on Chelsea in their next Premier League games as they attempt to make the top four. United currently sit three points behind Chelsea who occupy fourth place.
