When will the Royal Variety Performance 2019 be on TV and who performed at this year's event?

This November, the London Palladium welcomed stars and members of the royal family, as comedians, dancers, singers and more acts put on a show to remember.

Despite the fact the annual event has already come and gone, it is only just about to be aired on TV.

But when is it on, which members of the royal family attended this year, and who were the performers?

Here's the lowdown...

What time is the Royal Variety Performance on TV?

You can watch this year's acts - including Britain's Got Talent winner, Colin Thackery - on ITV on Tuesday, December 10.

The programme kicks off at 7.30pm and runs until 10pm.

Which members of the royal family attended this year's event?

While 2018 saw Meghan Markle and Prince Harry make their RVP debut, this year's event was attended by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Kate Middleton stepped out in a gorgeous, floor-length black lace dress, while Prince William donned a tux.

Who hosted the Royal Variety Show?

Among this year's acts were comedians Romesh Ranganathan and Rob Beckett.

Robbie Williams also impressed with his vocals, but Rod Stewart was forced to pull out of the event due to a throat infection.

Williams also introduced Jamie Cullum to the stage.

Other highlights include Emelie Sande, Lewis Capaldi, Mabel, the cast of West End musical Mary Poppins, and BGT 2019 winner, Colin Thackery.
