Rubio speaks to State Department employees at welcoming ceremony

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is delivering remarks to State Department employees Tuesday afternoon in a welcoming ceremony hours after being sworn in.

Rubio, a former Republican senator from Florida, was President Trump’s first confirmed Cabinet secretary, receiving unanimous support from the Senate on Monday.
