Rumer Willis Says She Would 'Definitely' Have More Kids as a Single Mom amid Split from Boyfriend

Rumer Willis is open to growing her family.
On Friday, Aug. 23, the actress, 36, answered questions on her Instagram Stories from her followers, including one who asked her if she'd have more kids as a single mom. Willis shares daughter Louetta "Lou," 16 months, with ex Derek Richard Thomas.
"Definitely because having siblings is one of the best parts of my entire life," Willis wrote. "@scoutlaruewillis @buuski Mabel and Evelyn are my best friends and favorite people and I want that for Lou."
"So open to whatever that looks like in the future," adds the proud mom.

Earlier in her Q&A, Willis was asked how many kids she'd want to have in the future, to which she responded, "6 or 7."
Elsewhere in her Stories, Willis revealed she is no longer with her boyfriend Thomas as she answered another fan's question.
"Are you and Derek still a couple?" one social media user asked, to which Willis replied, "Nope I am single momming it and co-parenting."
"I'm so grateful for Lou," the actress added of their daughter, whom they welcomed on April 18, 2023.

"She is the best thing in my life and I am forever grateful I was able to have the time in that relationship for her to come into my life," Willis concluded.
Willis has spoken openly about parenthood in the past, telling PEOPLE in late March that "it was never a question" for her as to whether she wanted kids.
"I always knew," she added, calling motherhood her "favorite thing ever" and saying welcoming Lou "was one of the most validating experiences of my life."
