Running shoe brand Brooks is doing a second drop of free shoes for healthcare workers

From Runner's World

At the start of April, Brooks donated 3000 pairs of shoes to support healthcare professionals working on the frontline fighting COVID-19 and on Thursday 14 May, they will be giving away another 3000 pairs of Brooks shoes.

The generous offer seeks to acknowledge the efforts of Covid-19 frontline staff by bringing 'some physical comfort to the people working so immensely hard to keep our communities healthy.'

Healthcare workers from the UK, Ireland, Benelux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain are all eligible to apply.

I'm a healthcare worker - how do I apply?

The process is simple – just head to the Brooks web page at 2pm on Thursday 14 May, where you’ll be asked to verify your occupation, shoe size and contact information. Once your details have been screened, Brooks will confirm its approval via email. They’ll then send you out a brand new pair of their neutral cushioned road shoes within seven working days, as a thank you for all your hard work during these exceptionally difficult times.
