Russian Consulate in NYC Vandalized With Red Paint

The facade of the Russian Consulate building in New York City was vandalized with red spray paint in the early hours of Friday, September 30, police said.

Police responded to a 911 call of “criminal mischief” at around 1:37 am and found the building, located at East 91 Street near 5th Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, covered in paint, according to a statement from the New York City Police Department (NYPD).
