Russian PM - joint projects with Turkey may be cancelled after Russian jet downed

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday the downing of a Russian warplane by Turkey could result in cancelling some important joint projects.
