Ruth Langsford's son's sweet gesture after Eamonn Holmes takes girlfriend on holiday
Ruth Langsford has shared a heartwarming moment of her son's thoughtful act, just days after her ex-husband Eamonn Holmes was seen embarking on a cruise with his new partner. The Loose Women presenter revealed that her 22 year old son, Jack Holmes, had arranged for an Indian takeaway to be delivered upon her return from work.
She posted a video on Instagram showcasing the array of dishes he had ordered, including chicken bhuna, saag aloo and rice, while Jack himself opted for curry and chips. In her Instagram stories, she expressed: "So my son ordered my takeaway, so it was here when I got home.
"Love him for that. So I've gone for curry, chicken bhuna, it's my fave because I like curry with loads of sauce. Which rice, do you think? Just plain, I like really plain rice."

She continued: "And then in here my favourite side dish, saag aloo, spinach and potatoes. And then you've got to have poppadoms."
The 64 year old TV host then displayed her son's choice of curry and chips before they both enjoyed their Friday night takeaway. This comes following sightings of Ruth's ex-husband and his new girlfriend Katie Alexander publicly acknowledging their relationship during a luxury cruise.
A friend commented: "They are serious about their growing relationship." The couple were seen at Barcelona port, with the GB News presenter using a mobility scooter, while Katie was elegantly dressed.
This romantic getaway signifies a significant step for Eamonn, indicating he's moving forward after his separation from Ruth Langsford. The couple, married for 14 years, are expected to initiate divorce proceedings later this year.
Relationship counsellor Katie, 42, has been seen with the GB News presenter on several occasions over the past year, including at his residence.
