Rwandan Prime Minister Attends Funeral for People Killed in Severe Flooding
Rwandan Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente was in Rubavu on Thursday, May 4, as residents there buried the victims of recent flooding and landslides.
Footage released by the prime minister’s office shows the funeral ceremony in the town in western Rwanda.
