When Ryan Reynolds is not lovingly trolling his dear wife Blake Lively, it seems he's busy publicly pranking his poor old mum Tammy.

Yep, the actor has brightened this very gloomy Thursday by sharing a hilarious Instagram photo of his mother with fake tattoos all over her face, plus a very stylish spiderweb inking across her neck.

He added the caption: "My Mom had the best time in the #Deadpool tattoo booth at Brazil Comic Con. #ccxp2017"

The post comes just days after the star offered to give free tattoos at Comic-Con Brazil on Twitter.

In a clip on his page, Ryan is dressed as Deapool before inviting fans to get inked by "moderately trained" tattoo artists.

He also offered four designs, saying: "Love, like the love I have for my right hand… and nude samba dancing.

"Family, specifically, your mom. God, she makes an amazing breakfast. Pride, for your country and its leading export, supermodels.

"Prison, whether it's your first time or your last, it's where you get the best cuddles."

He captioned the video with the tweet: "My mom barely has any room left on her face for another tattoo. But she's going for it. Because she cares."

Ryan is well-known for being a wind-up merchant, and he couldn't resist recently roasting Blake's new look on the set of her film The Rhythm Section.

The actress was papped sporting baggy tracksuit trousers, a grubby-looking quilted jacket and make-up which created dark bags beneath her eyes.

He shared the picture on his Instagram and added the cheeky caption: "#nofilter"

But Blake gives as good as she gets, as lest we forget her very special and heartfelt birthday message to her dear hubby last month...

Over to Tammy now...
