Ryanair Launches ‘Fine Dining’ Private Jet Service With ‘Competitive Rates’

It is the airline famed for its notoriously no-frills approach, but now Ryanair has just got a little bit fancier.

The Irish flight operators have now launched a new private jet service, which involved upgrading a regular Boeing 737 by removing 189 normal seats and replacing them with 60 leather ones.

It’s not currently clear whether the private flights will follow the same paths as the airliner’s domestic arm - but Ryanair bosses say that the planes are capable of travelling for more than six hours.

Passengers won’t have to work out for expensive on-board snacks either, but can take advantage of ‘fine dining catering facilities.’

As for the interior, passengers can enjoy a cabin that’s refreshingly free from the airline’s trademark yellow design, although this is still thought to be a feature on the exterior of the jet.

Ryanair are yet to reveal how much it will cost to fly on the new private service, but spokesman Robin Kiely says that the airline will offer ‘the most competitive rates in Europe.’

At present, the airline has just one private plane in their ranks - but are planning to expand if the venture proves successful.
