Rylan Clark has got a new tattoo dedicated to the Spice Girls.

The 33-year-old star is a huge fan of the chart-topping girl group - which featured Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Victoria Beckham - and Rylan has revealed he recently got a Spice Girls-themed inking on his leg.

Rylan - who shot to fame on 'The X Factor' in 2012 and is now a close pal of Geri - said on BBC Radio 2: "This week I had a tattoo done. I have had a tattoo on my leg – 'girl power'. It’s real. It’s for the Spice Girls."

The TV presenter has often spoken of his love for the iconic girl group, and he even performed a medley of Spice Girls songs during his time on 'The X Factor'.

Meanwhile, Rylan recently penned a tell-all memoir to celebrate his 10 years in the entertainment industry.

The 'Supermarket Sweep' host hopes his fans will "have a good laugh and cry" when they read 'TEN: The decade that changed my future'.

Rylan - who split from his husband Dan Neal in 2021 - said: "I’ve learned so much from my decade in the business and I’m genuinely excited to be writing again.

"It’s been a tough couple of years, for so many of us, and last year was one of my toughest yet, so I’m pleased to have the opportunity to talk about the lessons I’ve learned along the way. You’ll hopefully have a good laugh and cry with me too.

"I started off as the joke, and here I am, 10 years later, still laughing."
