Rylan Clark-Neal To Host This Week’s This Morning With Ruth Langsford

Rylan Clark-Neal has got a pretty exciting week lined-up as he takes a seat on This Morning’s presenting sofa with Ruth Langsford all week.

Rylan is obviously no stranger to This Morning, regularly presenting the showbiz sections on the ITV show.

This week though, he’ll be taking Eamonn Holmes’ spot next to Ruth as they fill in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, who are taking some well-deserved time off.

Eamonn is currently recovering from his double hip replacement surgery.

Tweeting ahead of his week of presenting, Rylan wrote: “So a week of me and @RuthieeL starts tomorrow on @itvthismorning ….. #PleaseDoNotSwear xxx”.

This morning, he shared a photo of a Union Jack-topped taxi and write: “Off to @itvthismorning . Get ready girl @RuthieeL X”.

What a career journey Rylan’s had after The X Factor, eh?

Though he won’t be taking to the presenting sofa again just yet, Eamonn is making sure to keep his followers updated with his recovery progress.

A week after his replacement, he tweeted: “One week post Operation …. and another day closer to being able to walk the dog , wear some Wellies , cross my legs … simple things .

“…. and it’s amazing how simple things can give you strength when you need it.”

Before that, he shared a photo showing him standing up with crutches, writing: “On my feet ….sort of. I can only put the expression down to a mixture of drugs , pain and that late Chelsea goal.”

Ruth then retweeted the photo, saying she’s ‘SO proud’ of him.
