S Club are heading on an arena tour of the UK and Ireland to celebrate the 25th anniversary of when the band was formed.

Rachel Stevens, Jo O'Meara, Bradley McIntosh, Tina Barrett and Jon Lee are getting the S Club Party started once again to mark the milestone since the band was formed by former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller back in 1998.

The group were previously known as S Club 7 but were renamed after the death of member Paul Cattermole in April. Bandmate Hannah Spearritt, 41, decided to leave the band after his passing.

The pop band entered the public eye when they starred in their own TV series, Miami 7, on CBBC.

Their hit singles included Reach, Two In A Million, You're My Number Once, and number ones Bring It All Back, Never Had A Dream Come True, Don't Stop Movin' and Have You Ever.

S Club 7 will kick off their S Club 7 Reunited 2023 tour in Liverpool on Friday 13 October and finish at The O2 arena in London on Tuesday 28 October.

S Club 7 were nominated for six Brit Awards, winning Best Breakthrough Act in 2000 and British Single Of The Year for Don't Stop Movin' in 2002.

As well as three TV series, they starred in their own movie, Seeing Double, released in cinemas in 2003, and judged their own talent show S Club Search on CBBC.

This resulted in the forming of the S Club Juniors, whose members whose members included Rochelle Humes and Frankie Bridge.

The band — who last reunited to tour together in 2015 — revealed they had been hoping to get back on the road sooner, but it had taken years to track down Lee after he went travelling to India.

He told The Sun: “That’s why it’s taken so long to do this, they couldn’t find me.

“I was in India for three and a half years. I went travelling and then I found some dogs over there which I adopted and brought home.

“But I stayed there for a while. It’s such an incredible opportunity and when life throws something like that in front of you, you’d be mental not to take it."

The group first broke up in 2003, a year after Cattermole quit to form a nu metal band. All seven members reunited to tour again in 2015, with a 12 date Bring It All Back tour of the UK.

Rumours of a further reunion first began in 2020.
