Sally Carman says 'good grief' as Coronation Street star ditches UK
Coronation Street actress Sally Carman has been quick to comment after a fellow cobbles star left the UK behind this week. Sally, who has played Abi Webster on the Street since 2017, has reacted after Sarah Platt actress Tina O'Brien shared an update from the USA.
Tina, 41, posted a number of photos and videos as she and her husband Adam Crofts jetted off to Los Angeles with their son Beau Lee Stephen, and Tina's daughter Scarlett, whom she shares with former co-star Ryan Thomas.
One photo shows Tina enjoying a drink from a coconut while poolside at the world-famous Beverly Hills Hotel. Another shows Tina in a pink bikini, with a selfie of her and her husband also making it into the post, as well as snaps of the children.
Captioning the post on Instagram, the Corrie star simply said: "LA" with a series of emojis. Fans have been quick to respond, as has Abi actress Sally, who said: "Good grief woman" before adding crying emojis and a yellow heart.
Hayleigh said: "You look like a young Julia Roberts with blonde hair in this picture" and Jenna said: "Looks amazing!" Abbey said: "You look fabulous" and Maria said: "Looks amazing Tina".
Tina's holiday now appears to have come to an end, as she replied to one fan: "We got so much done in our time here but there’s so much to see and has felt impossible to fit it all in! … next time!"
The actress is expected to return to filming Corrie now, after her much-earned break.
