San Antonio Resident Gives Tour of His Tornado-Damaged Home

Powerful storms ripped through San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday night, February 19, tearing roofs off buildings, downing trees and cutting power lines. The National Weather Service confirmed on Monday that two tornadoes had hit the city.

In the morning, residents were trying to come to terms with the aftermath of the severe weather that damaged 150 homes across local communities and left tens of thousands of households and businesses without power.

Adrian Venegas streamed footage on Facebook of his neighborhood and own home that he said was entirely destroyed by one of the tornadoes. He gives a tour of what is left of his house, revealing the total damage to the roof and all the rooms. Credit: Facebook/Adrian Venegas via Storyful
