Sarah Jessica Parker and Jennifer Hudson have reunited in Paris.

The duo, who starred together in 2008's Sex and the City: The Movie, recently shared a sweet reunion in the city of lights as the 2024 Olympics continue to take place.

"Look who I ran into in Paris!!" Hudson captioned a sweet photo of herself and Parker posing outside the Eiffel Tower.

Referencing their two characters from the hit movie, she added: "Carrie and Louise reunited at last! Love is the thing, you know!"

Sex and the City aired between 1998 and 2004, before returning for two feature-length movies released in 2008 and 2010.

Following the cancellation of a third film adaptation, a spin-off show titled And Just Like That was announced, seeing Parker return alongside co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davies.

The HBO show is currently filming its upcoming third season in New York City, with recent photos from the set teasing a possible character death.

Characters including Carrie, Miranda (Nixon), Charlotte (Davies) and Aidan (John Corbett) were seen gathered together while dressed in black, suggesting that the group could be attending a funeral in the new episodes.

Meanwhile, other set photos seem to suggest that there could be another love interest for Miranda in season three following the departure of her ex Che Diaz, played by former Grey's Anatomy star Sara Ramirez.

The set photos hint that the lawyer has found her match in a new character named Joy, played by Inside Man actor Dolly Wells.

And Just Like That, the sequel to Sex and the City, airs on Max in the US and Sky Comedy and NOW in the UK.
