Sarah Nicole Landry is speaking out about normalizing postpartum bodies.

The Canadian Influencer, also known as The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram to share a series of unedited photos proudly showing off her post-baby body — stretch marks, cellulite and all — while cradling one of her children in her arms.

Landry, who has earned more than 2.2 million Instagram followers for her empowering body-positive content, urged her fans to accept their changing bodies and to focus on being present.

"I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect my body to look like it just gave birth one-and-a-half years after it did. But that is the reality," she began in the caption. "You know what else is a reality? Being loved by a partner fully. Being completely present with my children. Summer vacations on the horizon. A career. Fulfilling friendships. Loving family. A nourished body. Movement that feels good for the soul. Healing. Rest. Reflection and joy."

The Guelph, Ont.-based content creator went on to explain that although embracing your changing body can be hard, it will be worth it in the end.

"My whole life it felt like my body was to be a certain way as a prerequisite to these realities. And yeah, trusting your body can be hard. Especially after it changes. It’s hard because 'letting it do its thing' only feels comfortable when it’s doing what we want it to," she continued. "But trust doesn’t mean obedience. Trust means trusting into the unknown. Into that change. Or lack of change. The discomfort of not knowing. Ebbing and flowing. It’s a partnership. Showing up in love. Even when you don’t feel loving feelings. It is, a beautiful existence in reality."

Landry's post was met with supportive comments from fans thanking her for her transparent and empowering message.

"I can't love this enough. You have brought so much confidence to so many women and I am so appreciative of that," a fan told Landry.

"So important. So moving. So beautiful. I needed this today," wrote another follower.

"Thank you for reminding everyone to treat our bodies with the respect and love it deserves," said another. "You are inspiring and absolutely beautiful inside and out."
