Speaking about the new series, Jonah Weston, Commissioning Editor at Channel 4, said: "After a year stuck at home, audiences will love seeing Foxy and our famous faces taking on some terrifying challenges in Wales' wild and wonderful countryside."

The show will see Fox draw on his own experiences and using his years of Special Forces knowledge, helping the celebrities as they navigate their challenges.

The focus of the series is on both resilience and determination, with the guests put to their limits both mentally and physically.
