Satellite Imagery Captures Storm Elias Swirling Over Greece
Satellite imagery captured Storm Elias swirling over Greece on Wednesday, September 27, bringing a burst of torrential rain to parts of the country.
The storm is causing flooding and “brought heavy rains to Greece, including areas that were affected by Storm Daniel two weeks ago,” CIRA said on Wednesday.
Emergency officials warned of strong storms and hail on September 27 for parts of the country including Armeni, Sotirio, and Larissa.
