Scandi blogger Pernille Teisbaek has designed a 10-piece capsule collection for By Malene Birger

Danish stylist and fashion blogger Pernille Teisbaek is a busy woman.

She's the brains behind the super successful style blog Look de Pernille and co-founder and creative director of influencer talent agency Social Zoo Direct.

Last year alone, the stylish Scandinavian (who has more than 520k followers on Instagram) got married, had a baby and published a book; Dress Scandinavian: Style your Life and Wardrobe the Danish Way.

And now the street style star can add 'designer' to her already impressive CV.

Collaborating with fellow Dane Malene Birger, Teisbaek has created a 10-piece capsule collection for Birger's eponymous brand.

Based on some of By Malene Birger’s signature styles, the range is to be sold exclusively at Net-a-Porter and will focus on easy-to-wear, interchangeable styles that underscore Teisbaek's less-is-more approach to dressing.

“I’ve chosen to develop on my favourite styles from By Malene Birger’s existing classic silhouettes with a focus on a more minimalist and timeless feel and a playful twist of contrasts between the feminine and the masculine,” Teisbaek says in a statement. “For example, I’ve styled broad-shouldered mannish suiting with a feminine camisole, or an oversized shirt styled with a silk pencil skirt.”

Masculine tailoring comes in bold checks, while a striped cotton shirt and a silk balloon sleeve blouse are hard-working wardrobe staples.

When it comes to eveningwear, Teisbaek advocates suiting for a fresh look. “Masculine suiting is a striking alternative to the ubiquitous party dress,” she says, “and by adding a beautiful lace bra underneath, high heels and statement earrings, you create a very sexy evening look.” ​

As our love for all things Scandi continues (Lykke anyone?), Teisbaek's collection will no doubt fly off the shelves.
