‘School of Greatness’ Host Lewis Howes Launches Podcast and Media Network
Lewis Howes is aiming to turn his popular podcast “The School of Greatness” into a full-fledged media venture.
Howes, a bestselling author, entrepreneur, former pro football player and podcast host, has formed Greatness, touted as a “first-of-its-kind podcast and media network that will bring emerging and established inspirational voices” to audio, video, TV and live events. In its initial talent partnership, Greatness will integrate “The Mindset Mentor” podcast, hosted by Rob Dial, a content creator and coach who has more than 3.5 million social media followers. In the podcast, Dial blends ideas based in neurology, neurobiology and psychology to help listeners implement positive change.

“We’re excited to officially announce the launch of Greatness, an inspirational podcast and media network and our inaugural partnership with Rob Dial,” Howes said in a statement. “This is an exciting new step in our continued commitment to be a trusted hub of inspirational content, and we’re just getting started.”
The deal was brokered by UTA, which represents both Howes and Dial. Greatness will build on Howes’ existing footprint of more than 20 million followers and subscribers. SiriusXM Media is the exclusive ad sales representative for “The Mindset Mentor” in addition to “The School of Greatness.”
In September 2024, Lewis will host the Summit of Greatness, a multiday event at The Shrine in Los Angeles with “inspirational programming and networking opportunities.” The Greatness network plans to announce additional partnerships and projects, including those outside of the digital space.
“UTA is thrilled to be a part of the launch of the Greatness network, a hub for the next generation of aspirational voices,” UTA partner and head of audio Oren Rosenbaum said. “Lewis is a standout in the podcast world, and we’re excited to expand his platform, empowering both established and emerging voices alongside his exceptional team. We’re especially proud to kick off the platform with Rob Dial as the first marquee creator.”
Howes, 40, launched “The School of Greatness” podcast in 2013. He is the author of books including “The School of Greatness: A Real-World Guide to Living Bigger, Loving Deeper and Leaving a Legacy” and “The Greatness Mindset: Unlock the Power of Your Mind and Live Your Best Life Today.” Howes is a current member of the U.S. men’s national handball team.
