Scots toddler 'found wandering alone' as police called over missing child
A Scots toddler was found walking alone with police called to the scene of the missing youngster.
The drama unfolded when a couple spotted the tot on her own in Bonnyrigg earlier this week.
Officers from Police Scotland raced to Burnbrae Road in Midlothian after the alarm was raised at around 12.15pm on Wednesday.

It's understood the couple who found her stayed with her until police arrived to investigate the incident on August 28.
Edinburgh Live reports she was re-united with a parent after officers arrived on the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.15pm on Wednesday, 28 August, 2024, we were called to a report of a lost child in Burnbrae Road, Bonnyrigg, Edinburgh.
“Officers attended and the child was re-united with her parent.”
