A fish and chip shop has been named the best in Scotland's Highland area.

All over Scotland, there are countless chippies serving up top-quality fish suppers. While everyone will have their own local favourites, the best takeaways in the country were recently awarded at a prestigious ceremony.

As reported by the Daily Record, the winners of the Scottish Fish and Chip Awards were announced earlier this week. Chippies all around the country were awarded across a number of categories.
