Screamfest Halloween reveller battered in two-on-one attack
A man was set upon at a Halloween event when one thug held his hand while another punched him. The victim was left in hospital following the ordeal at the Screamfest attraction.
Now police are appealing for witnesses to the incident in Tattenhill, Staffordshire. Officers say they were called out to a farm on Postern Road 'following reports of violence at a Screamfest event' at around 9.40pm on October 31.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was attacked by a suspect, who was in a group of around six others.

A spokeswoman for Staffordshire Police said: "One suspect held the man’s head while another punched him in the face. He was then kicked while on the ground. The suspects made-off from the scene on foot after attempting to get in a vehicle parked on the site."
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance after suffering 'heavy bruising' to his face and body. Investigating officers have today released descriptions of the two suspects.
The first suspect is described as a white man, of stocky build, and with ginger facial hair. He was wearing a beige t-shirt and blue jeans. The second suspect was a younger white man wearing a black tracksuit.
The spokeswoman added: "Our inquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who saw what happened to come forward."
Witnesses should call 101 and quote incident 768 of October 31.
