Netflix Just Dropped the First "You" Season 3 Trailer And I Am Genuinely Terrified

New location, but same old Joe. You season two had viewers on the edge of their seat as Joe tried to start anew in Los Angeles after everything that happened between him and Beck. But as we already know, old habits die hard and it's not long before Joe is once again stuck in his new web of lies after meeting his new love interest, Love Quinn. What will You season 3 be about?

The fam at Netflix has just dropped a bomb: the first official trailer for You season 3. And I am terrified. Joe has welcomed a new son and a new obsession. Unfortunately for him (and for the woman next door), he's got a stalker of his own—his wife. The new season will follow the killer couple as they each hunt their prey through the gleaming windows of a perfect suburban home.

What we know: someone will die, a lot of men will get naked (???), and that creepy glass cubicle is alive and well. See for yourself.

The Netflix thriller is also based on a series of novels by the same name by Caroline Kepnes, so there may be some inspiration straight from the literary source.

Are there any new characters joining the cast?

Things certainly won't be going well for Joe and Love thanks to these brand new characters.

Deadline has reported that Scott Michael Foster has been added to the show's cast. Scott, who is known for his roles in Greek, Chasing Life, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and Once Upon a Time will be playing Ryan, a local TV reporter. "A well-liked single dad who has overcome a history of addiction, Ryan has secrets, including a controlling, calculating demeanor that he reserves for those closest to him and anyone who gets in his way."

Netflix has officially announced that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Tati Gabrielle will be joining the cast for season three as Marianne, "a smart, no-nonsense librarian who lives in Joe & Love's neighborhood and doesn't let much get by her."

Meanwhile, according to E! Online, two more cast members are coming to shake things up for Joe and Love as they start their brand new life together.

"Shalita Grant will play Sherry, 'a 'Mom-fluencer' who appears down to earth, but is actually a mean girl who only pretends to welcome Love into her social circle," the site reported. "Travis Van Winkle plays 'the wealthy Cary, who invites Joe into his inner circle.'"

Is You season 3 happening?

The show was officially renewed on January 14 and Netflix made a special video for the big announcement.
