EW also confirmed that the third season will feature 10 new episodes, and that Badgley and Victoria Pedretti, who plays Love Quinn, will both be reprising their roles.

Executive producers Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti will also be returning to work on the show.

The ending of the second series has certainly left a number of unanswered questions for fans.

Speaking about Love's antics after *that* season 2 reveal, Badgley previously told Entertainment Tonight: "She doesn't appear to be the same kind of person.

"She doesn't appear to be the same kind of predator.

"She doesn't appear to be the same kind of… you know, dare I say, in the third season – oh, God!"
