It has been reported that two YouTubers managed to break into the Celebrity Big Brother compound – and even film some of the contestants.

Ally Law and Ryan Taylor both posted footage from the set on their Snapchat accounts, with Jonny Mitchell, Ashley James and Ginuwine all being recorded.

The Sun obtained footage which the pair filmed, in which they appear to be looking at the housemates through a hole in the ceiling above the front door to the house.

Ally is also briefly glimpsed wearing a high-visibility jacket, which may have been a costume he was wearing to get entry to the compound.

A Channel 5 spokesperson confirmed to Digital Spy that there had been an incident, but that the pair had been caught.

"On Friday night, two intruders were apprehended by security at Elstree Studios," they said. "The safety of housemates, production and audience members is of paramount importance and Big Brother has appropriate security measures in place at all times."

Ally had hinted that he was going to get up to something earlier in the day, as he tweeted: "Guuuuuuuys there is no video tonight.. Im so sorrrrrrry! I've edited one but I can't get it out tonight BUT just know, I can't say what but something mental is going down tonight!! SO MENTAL".

Six hours later, he added: "tonight was a madness!! There will be no video but I promise It will make sense soon, stay tuned ;)".

He also retweeted several tweets which referenced the break-in, as did Ryan.

Ryan later hinted that he is expecting to hit the headlines again later in the month, writing: "Yo these news reports are filthy..... tried bribing Ally and wanted him to agree the rights for my footage... I'll give ya some news. The rest of January will have Multiple Headlines for ya head top".
