After another banner year in television, its best and brightest stars are returning to the Emmys red carpet for a collective "good job!" adorned with some high fashion. If this feels a bit like déjà vu, well this is the second Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony this year, following the belated 75th festivities back in January. But a stylist's work is never done, and TV's most fashion-forward set had to come up with another round of head-turning looks just eight months later.
