The 89th Academy Awards brought all of our favourite songs from this year's nominated movies together for a glorious musical extravaganza on Sunday.

Ahead of the Best Original Song Oscar being given away to 'City of Stars' from La La Land, all of this year's nominees graced the Academy Awards stage. Below, we present all of the night's musical performances:

Justin Timberlake kicked the night off right with the song you just can't get out of your head – 'Can't Stop the Feeling' from Trolls:

La La Land's John Legend blended two of the best tracks from Damien Chazelle's remarkable musical together by turning 'City of Stars' and 'Audition (The Fools Who Dream)' into a gorgeous piano medley:

Hamilton's Lin-Manuel Miranda charmed absolutely everyone watching by recreating Moana's joyful 'How Far I'll Go' with star Auli'i Cravalho. Not even getting smashed by a flag could stop them!

Sting brought us one of the night's most stirring moments with 'The Empty Chair' from Jim: The James Foley Story, the gripping documentary about tragic death of a war photographer:
