In case you need a recap, the real estate agent's main focus during season three was a $75million property, which she clashed with Jason Oppenheim over. The co-owner of The Oppenheim Group thought the property was too expensive and would struggle to sell, but Davina was convinced she'd find the right buyer.
After many weeks of back and forth (and some very public arguments,) the end of season three saw Davina without a buyer for the property, and Jason undoubtedly feeling secretly smug.
So, over a year later, did Davina ever sell the super expensive listing? Er, the short answer is no, with Netflix revealing in a tweet that a sale didn't get off the ground.
The official Twitter account wrote, "Selling Sunset Season 4 premieres in 12 hours and since I know you're all wondering... No, Davina still has not sold that 75 million dollar house."
Davina replied, "Thanks for the support #classy."
Needless to say, fans of the show were more than happy to joke about the debacle on Twitter. "Season 4 of Selling Sunset tomorrow, I bet Davina still hasn’t sold that house lol," one person wrote.
Another put, "WAIT SELLING SUNSET COMES BACK THIS WEEK. can't wait to see Davina not sell that house," someone else said and a third put, "If you’re having a bad day just remember Davina still haven’t sold that mansion on Selling Sunset."

You win some, you lose some!
Back in October 2020, Davina told People she was leaving The Oppenheim Group to join rival brokerage Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills. “I'm really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division,” she said at the time.
“My background is in new development sales and marketing, so this is just a wonderful opportunity for me. It’s just very in tune with my skills.”
In season four, though, viewers see Davina and Jason have a conversation and whether she can come back to The Oppenheim Group, since her project at their rival firm has ended.
Selling Sunset seasons 1 - 4 are available to stream on Netflix now.
