Senior White House Advisor Jared Kushner Arrives in Baghdad for Security Talks

Jared Kushner, senior advisor and son-in-law to President Trump, and Tom Bossert, the president’s homeland security advisor, visited Baghdad on April 3 with Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Joseph Dunford Jr, the Department of Defense said.

According to the US Embassy in Baghdad, the three American officials met with Iraqi President Haider al-Abadi and other senior political and military leaders to discuss the ongoing fight against the Islamic State and other joint national security issues.
