Sephora has confirmed that it will be giving away free goodie bags to Brummies when it opens its doors to customers at the Bullring this week. The viral beauty business is launching in the shopping centre for the first time on Wednesday, November 13.

The brand has shared a 'sneak peek' of a proposed gift bag that it will be handing out to the first 500 people in the queue when it opens its doors at 10am. It features products from Glow Recipe, The Ordinary, One/Size, Elemis and Nars, though contents may vary according to the brand.

The bags are branded in typical black and white Sephora decor but with a 'BRUM' logo that sports a silhouette image of the Bull, the iconic emblem of the shopping centre.

Sephora says it will give wristbands to the first 500 customers waiting in line. Some excited fans of the brand said that they are booking days off work specifically to celebrate the launch.

Instagram user Gabi.Decarvalho commented: "How do we get a wristband?! Honestly booked the day off work just for this!" MyBrummieLife said: "I am gutted I'm at work. I need that bag also! What a piece!" _RumAddict said: "Working that day but my boyfriend will be queuing for me!"

Sephora is known for its 'iconic' gift giveaways. VIP visitors to the Manchester store were handed 'iconic' goodie bags worth £1,100 when the store opened at the Trafford Centre back in May, featuring products from Clinique, Elemis, Grown Alchemist, Makeup by Mario, Olaplex and Danessa Myricks.

It's a big week for the Bullring this week as the centre gears up for not only the Sephora launch, but the reopening of the newly-upgraded branch of River Island and the new Zara clothes shop, set to take over the upper level of the former Debenhams.

Other new openings that have seen thousands of customers show up to queue in recent weeks include the launch of SDMN, a clothing store by YouTube favourites The Sidemen, Korean cosmetics store PureSeoul and collectibles shop PopMart.
