The fire broke out on East 58th Street between First and Second avenues, according to local news reports.
The fire is believed to have originated from a plumbing truck and quickly spread, with the flames extending down the block and eventually damaging eight or nine vehicles, though the New York Fire Department said four vehicles were damaged.
Firefighters quickly brought the blazes under control and no injuries were reported. Credit: Joseph Enoch via Storyful
