At least three people, including a two-year-old child, were killed when a warehouse building in Dasmarinas, the Philippines, partially collapsed during Typhoon Vamco, a local official said.
This footage shows the scene at Polytechnique Manufacturing Inc, and was shared by Pidi Barzaga, a local representative.
A wall of the building, which was under construction, collapsed after the ground below it was softened due to the heavy rainfall, local media reported, citing officials.
