Severe Flooding Hits Manteca in Northern California

Emergency services told residents in northern California to evacuate areas near the San Joaquin River on February 20 after flooding over the weekend. This video shows flooding near the Airport Way Bridge and San Joaquin River in Manteca.

The National Weather Service issued a flash-flood warning for the area, which was set to expire on Tuesday, February 21.
